I would be surprised too as your numbers imo are good ... but remember with this beast it is not just what we eat ... there are a lot of other factors that can increase our levels too such as stress, lack of sleep, the weather or anything really ...
I would make an appointment with my GP. When you phone for an appointment, advise them you are diabetic and need to be seen asap with regards to a foot problem. Good luck

I may try the protein powders - I assume they don't spike you? - I am not sure what 2g net carbs is (is that just 2 carbs per sachet)? - which ones were your favourites? they look like they could be handy - thanks for sharing :)
