I travel extensively for work adn eat out several times a week, breakfast lunch and dinner. This is the first time I've been struggling with menu choices whether veggie or not. If you ever happen to be in Aberdeen I can suggest a good few restaurants that offer some very good veggie choices.

@pavlosn what exactly is the hazard ration there? Does it differ for T1/T2? M How doe the % HbA1C compare to the mmol scale? for reference since stabilisation I've been at either 40 or 42 mmol which I'm told is good.
