    Fed up and frustrated!

    Hi All This thread exemplifies the divide in nutritional advice to diabetics. Part of the problem is that term - little differentiation is made by the ADA, the NHS or other authorities between Type 1 needs and Type 2 needs. And they are different. To comment in full would be too long here...
