That lamb shank looks gorgeous! I plan on having one this weekend. I hope mine is as good as yours looks.

What have you eaten today? (Low carb forum)

Today I had a fishy day. For lunch I had chilli and garlic tuna in a couple of high protein rolls. And for tea I had a breaded cod fillet, with carrots, green beans and a tomato. I prefer haddock, but I used up the last of the cod.

A pack of three (not all at once, though). They were very nice too.

    Weekly weigh in - Fridays

Up 0.5 lbs this week. I've had a few Magnums this week, plus I've been eating when not really hungry. I've been eating according to the clock, rather than listening to my appetite.

Lunch today was a ham and egg salad type thing. Tea was just a beef burger (which I won't inflict on you).

Lunch today was a softer sourdough red salmon sandwich. Tea was a battered haddock fillet with mushrooms and black Dahl (never had that before, it was quite nice).

What have you eaten today? (Low carb forum)

Today for lunch I had a small non-sourdough sandwich with egg mayonnaise and spring onions. And later I had a supermarket honey & mustard pasta salad (48g carbs). I had a tooth out so I wanted something soft. But I'm still under my carb limit for the day.

Those were from Lidl, but Aldi have just started doing them too (I think they're the same). They're part-baked, and have 17g carbs per roll.

Down 2.2 lbs this week. I think the hot weather may have helped.

I did enjoy it. There was too much filling, I think.

Yesterday for lunch I had a roast beef and mustard sourdough sandwich. And for tea I had an cheese, mushroom and tomato omelette with garden peas. No picture, as it fell apart! Not as interesting a meal as @DJC3's, but it was very nice.
