Yep today has totally been a one off regarding pastry etc, I have been eating 2 slices of whole meal bread a day as it hasn’t really spiked my readings before but will deffo look at that website

When I first started taking it with food I had really bad guts so my DN advised me to take it half hour after eating and it’s worked and my stomach is settled, am I taking it wrong?

Hi thanks for the replies, today’s testing has been out of my normal timing. 7.30 woke up 10am ate sausage roll 10.20am took 1x 1000mg metformin 12.30pm Had 2 sandwiches, bag of crisps and chocolate bar 2.30pm tested BG was 9.3 Got home and slept till about 5pm 6pm tested BG 7.3 ate sherpards...

I will add that the lowest my BG has been has been 4.6
