    8.6 this morning. Suspect it has something to do with a stressful day at work yesterday and a bad nights sleep last night as I was on call and got woken up a couple of times over night

    7.5 this morning, which is frustrating as it was 5.9 before bed / 2 hours after dinner last night

    I must say one of my biggest “concerns” is the sheer amount of plastic waste I create now purely through diabetes treatment Lancets Needles Novorapid and Abasaglar pens Test strips Sharps bins So so much plastic

    I’m a newbie, testing about 7 times a day, and been changing the lancet every time (mostly because that’s what the diabetic specialist nurse told me to do) wondering if I really need to reading this :)

    I’ve only had 1 so far and it was 129, got about 2 months til my next one so hoping it will improve!

    If you have the app it will then share your results to the app. In the my care section under reports you can then creat reports that can be shared as a PDF or you can download CSV files etc

    7.4 this morning. Seems the morning are consistently an issue for me, but I only found out I was diabetic at the start of September when my fasting glucose was 19.7 so I’m happy with that for now
