    Hmmmm - just researched and it appears to be another one to mess about with - I'm going to try and make some celeriac wedges with garlic and thyme to go with the burgers. Tempted by the idea of a starter of prawn cocktail with some avocado.... Starting to feel a little peckish!

    Nesmex - Know how you feel - but the thing is, when you're bloods are back where they should be, you'll feel fab - the sleep will be back, you'll know what happens when you eat the stuff that messes with you BGs. Don't forget that it's YOU who's living with this - no-one on here, not your DN...
