    Hi, Thanks for the message. No I'm not currently on medication, but have just been asked to see my GP to discuss my latest results. Before my last bloods last week, my hba1c was 6.4 Exercise is also tricky as I have a protruding disc in my neck, so moderate walking is pretty much all I can cope...

    Dr has requested apt to discuss latest bloods results

    Hi all, My January HBA1C was 6.4, I had another last Wednesday and got a call just now from the GP Surgery telling me the GP wants to see me to discuss my latest results. Next available apt is Friday which feels a life time away. My anxiety issues don't help, should I be concerned? thanks, Ryan

    Hi all, I'm Ryan from Hertfordshire. Diagnosed Type 2 Dec 19 and still trying to get my head around everything. Like everyone, the past 12 months have made things a little more tricky. Hoping to get some tips on nutrition and exercise etc. from you lovely people. Ryan
