Dumplings? Friend determined to sabotage Diet

As Bluetit states. Take the bull by the horns. It would seem that this is the only way. She obviously does not understand your true predicament. Some years ago I developed an aversion to garlic. It made me violently sick. My family thought it was a put up job until I threw up at a restaurant...

ITV TONIGHT Programme on thursday 27th October 2016 - "Can Your Diet Defeat Diabetes?"

A much better slant on TD2 this time. Lower carbs and a little fat (but not too little) go a long way, but further if you are able to excercise as well. This has been my route for the last 12 months and no longer have diabetic meds, with so much help from diabetes.co.uk. Follow this yellow brick...

    music lover. Type2.

Try the LC diets from this site. Basicly stay off potatoe, rice, pasta, bread, cakes, and similar goodies. especially sugary goods. Almost every thing you buy now has a calorific value printed on it. Carbs are also given. So buy that which is low on carbs to start with until you can work out a...

    Hellooo from a Type 1

Eutrox is a brand name for Levothyroxine. (Which is the main hormone produced by the thyroid gland.) So you need Levothyroxine, or similar, to replace that which is not being reproduced by your thyroid gland.:)

    Bulletproof coffee

Never heard of it. Seeing the ' How to make it' did not convince me, in fact it appeared pretty obnoxous, and very messy. I think I will stay with my present method using my DeLonghe and adding real cream to taste.:bigtears:

Diagnosed with type 2 today advice please

Lots of good advice there. I started with 2x500mgs metformin and a LCHF diet last September. For the last two months I have been just on the diet and exercise. The medics say I am cured. (Sounds like they think I'm a ham.). I have gone from 13 stone 3 lbs to 10 stone 10 lbs. still on the diet...

Do you guys agree with this doctor to take NO medication?

Stange that people rant on about this drug and that drug, but say nothing about their choice regarding the type and quantity of food they eat. One hears that a certain drug is good or bad. But this also applies to the food we eat. If more attention was paid to our diet we probably would not need...

Reversing T2 With Diet - Who Has Done It And Who Wants To Give It A Go?

I am now off medication. LCHF has done it for me. That diet means a new attitude to eating. You cant just eat what you like. But there are many good choices available. Try something new. Feeling Bit Upset With Bg

Hi MissMac Its not uncommon to have unexpected changes in your test results.
