So busy reading other posts forgot I hadn't posted! A 5.4 for me this morning:)

Hi Miriamy. I don't know whether this will help or not, but it took me 2 weeks to get some control over my bs levels and I spent a lot of time reading the posts of others on here. It's tough at the beginning but if you can stick to it, it does work! Good luck with whatever you decide to do x
