    Contour next is great , links to your phone so you have all your reading from your first test available, strips are 25£ from pharmacy but I get mine on eBay - usually 20-25£ for a 100. It’s a great machine and accurate

    5.3 this morning and 5.0 yesterday! At least the battering I gave my liver over Christmas has done some good!

    I find it I buy strips for my contour off eBay they are very consistent , although when I buy from chemist (when I run out and forget to order as they are twice the price) My reading on the ones from the chemist are lower, not massively - maybe it’s coincidence ?
