    rom35 fbg was 5.8 @ 8.30am but did some washing in between.

    Recorded 5.4 which happens to be a drop in bg two hours after breakfast of scrambled eggs, tomatoes onion. I need an explanation for the drop in bg whereas one would expect a rise. Over to you forum members.

    I agree completely with the first sentence of delia2 thread. This is in line with quotation from the scripture that my people suffer because they lack knowledge.

    Metformin 500mg twice daily. Went through lchf 10 week program and tried as much as possible to follow the guideline on diet. Hb1Ac Jan 4, 2018 was 43 just like the previous one six months earlier. I must thank the two contributors to this trend. Now better informed.

    Is it advisable to stop medication and rely solely on diet for a few days in order to determine whether or not T2 is in remission? On the other hand how do I go about it? Fbg today 4.6 & 5.9 postprandial.
