    Yeah i second suggestion provided in earlier post.... just to add my 2 cents keep monitoring your BG every 2-3 hrs just to ensure safety... again this is my personal experience when i break fast on yogurt full fat with active culture it helps system after prolong fasting...

    That's cool , my rationale behind asking frequency of testing was to understand ,am i going over the board or taking it lightly ... my BG's are pretty stable as i am on very low Carb and follow my exercise and med regime quite religiously ...my last h1c in March 17 was 5.8 (in dec 16 it was 11.5...

    5.7 today ugghh.... trying to bring them to lower 5 range ...i was on those numbers couple of weeks back ..not sure why they are hovering above 5.5 now... No significant change in lifestyle-exercise,diet or medication ..or is it my body is acclimatized to exercise regime which i follow ?

    I am measuring 3 times a day usually 1. Fasting 2. After lunch ( this also give me idea on my work out schedule) 3. Post dinner which us usually before bed . I am T2 taking insulin (3 units bf , 2 unit pre-dinner and Amryl .5 mg)
