    Hypos?

    Never seen my diabetes team/nurse since last year. Keep trying to make appointments but they always say there's none available it's a joke. I'll try dropping my insulin a little at a time

    Twice in the passed few days I've woken up on a hypo. I feel fine before I go to sleep but bad when I wake up. I'm type 2 insulin dependant. Does anyone else have this happen? I don't want to start eating something sugary before I go to sleep incase I don't need to Hail hail

    If you take supplements, what do you take them for?

    I take a probiotic multivitamin and a calcium and magnesium supplement. The probiotic is to help my IBS and the calcium, magnesium and vitamin B's from the multi is to stop me getting cramp while out walking. I notice a big difference especially no cramp when walking Sent from the Diabetes...
