Hello Paul I have been on Alogliptin for about a year now, plus a low dose of Metformin (I cannot tolerate higher doses). The Alogliptin has reduced my levels quite a bit, though I have a way to go. I haven't had any problems with the Alogliptin - I seem to tolerate it well.
