    I have flaked almonds and double cream, sometimes adding some seeds and other nuts. Stopped using almond milk as it is full of chemicals (a processed food) whereas cream is natural and therefore healthier (in my opinion).

    You could consider keeping it very very simple by simply saying that you can not eat any Potato’s ,Bread, Pasta or Rice. If you do eliminate these entirely you will be low carb, the rest (sweecorn, toot veg etc) you can just leave on your plate. I tend to do this in some restaurants...

    Cauliflower cheese is a great roast dish that everyone seems to like. I often put some broccoli in to, with a cup a double cream. As said part boil, then add cream, pop in oven for 20min then remove lid and sprinkle grated cheese on top for last 15mins.
