Thank you! I eat cheese and nuts, but could certainly think about adding cream etc maybe to drinks and putting in cheese and nut snacks! It's just such a slow process for me, it would be fab to be able to go stuff myself with high carb high calorie to help myself but I know I can't!

Have a look at angular cheilitis, my dentist told me that was what the sores at the corner of my mouth was. If yours looks like that, I tried anti fungal cream and it worked for me. There's loads of advice on Google.
