    Yeah, I doubt they’ll convince me to do that. The data goes back to the Uni of Mcr so at least I can contribute to the ongoing debate especially re LCHF which is working for me (when I can stick to it)

    Oh don’t worry, I do. I lost my Nan last year and my Gran at 94 is increasingly failing. I’d do anything for her. Including eating carbs before I get her ready for bed. I’m sorry to hear about your loss too. My heart goes out to you x
