I have to have a swig of Lactulose each night before bed and then I usually go twice a day, if I stop the lactulose inevitably have to take a Picolax.

I take Novorarid with meals and then Toujeo at night, 80units. I really appreciate your help, I really don't know what to do as my diabetic specialist at the hospital are rubbish.

No I don't eat breakfast as I'm always high!! Blood was 9 4 before bed

I woke up this morning with a bs of 19 and it has gone down to 14 obviously too high still. However I'm blooming starving and I can't eat yet [emoji34]

I came back from holiday on Sunday and I have had a cold, sickness, the runs and totally worn out. My bs were sky high on holiday so hopefully it is my body telling me off and should settle down soon

My blood sugars were 17 !!!
