Been to get my 24hr bp machine fitted cycled there 5 1/2 miles asked them to take bp which they did 122/84!!!!! Then cycled home checked sugars 4.9!!!!

Good nights sleep feel wide awake today, off to hospital at 1130 for 24 hr bp monitor fitted, going to cycle there lol then got an assault course tomorrow bit daft having a bp monitor fitted but doing all the exercise.
