last night i took my blood sugar and it was 4.4 mmol ls then it went down to 3.8 mmol ls and then 3.5 mmol ls also after i had my cup of tea with no calorie sugat in it was 7.5 mmol ls dont know if that is bad or good so can anyone help also ihave had all symptoms of diabetes so i dont kno also...

my question is what is the normal bg for a non diabetic and whats the normal range for a diabetic because ive been doing my blood sugars and i want to know so i can see what the difrences are between mine and a diabetic my symptoms:THIRST,DRY LIPS,TOLIET,BLURED VISION,TIRED AND FATIGUE,CLAMMY...
