    Hi @Geoffno6, thanks for that but I think the only reason the numbers decreased so much is because of sheer terror! My weight was stable before my diagnosis, and to be honest I had no symtoms of diabetes. It was picked up on the health check you get when you're over 40! I've gone from 8stone 3...

    Do you know, prior to being diagnosed those were two things I didn't really like. Strange that if someone offered me a caramel covered toffee now I'd bite their hand off. I do see what you did, is that a good thing I wonder??
