    What would be the ideal spike at 1 hour/2 hour marks... I think I read somewhere you want the initial spike at the 1 hour mark to be no more than 2 ? so if I'm 5.3 pre meal then no more than 7.3 if possible then by the second hour coming back down to meet the 5.3 ?.

    That's hardcore even with all these extras i feel like my shopping list is limited. will look into it possibly opting for one of these meat delivery packages over store bought as quite expensive for what you get and not likely as good quality cheers. :)

    Frequent urination ?

    I think I found the reason, I had read elsewhere it might be electrolyte imbalance.. So started taking an electrolyte supplement twice a day with meals and since then my urination has returned to normal... possible all those salted meats + water might have been throwing off my other electrolytes.

    I've read this is a common thing for folk with diabetes, should this still continue even when low carb/keto ? Even after i've just been the moment I sit down I feel like I need to go again badly... and this continues through the day. Any tips on how to resolve this ?.

    Sounds very similar to mine except a lot more experimental I need to start looking into making keto deserts as it's the part I miss the most... don't mind eating the same thing for breakfast/lunch/dinner but miss the tasty snacks. Yeah when I attempted it was just your basic handheld blender...
