    That's exactly it. It tastes the best in the nespresso machine hence I had some in the house, but ill get something different next time. I wondered why coffee spiked by bg so much *smh*

    Breakfast today chia pudding with pb and banana (1/2) there were more carbs in this than expected (darn rude health milk!!) so I spiked to 14. 30g total I think Lunch red pepper soup with goats cheese. Made myself! Lc muffin also so again about 30g (yikes!) Dinner needed to be super low carb...

    Ok so anyone heard anything further on this? We know its integrated with G4 but that's not an issue anymore, is there potential for this to be released in the UK this year?

    Day 2! As I posted earlier on the what have you eaten today I started with brunch of mushroom tomato avocado and egg. (Carbs I counted 15ish for avocado) For tea I had gosh beetroot burger, green beans and sliced almonds in butter and celeriac chips. (30g of carbs for gosh and beans)

    Morning folks, My pump has started vibrating (single short vibration) every half hour or so. It has no warnings or low battery or anything! Has anyone had this before?

    Interesting, I've started taking turmeric paste and giving it to the dog as well. I'm awaiting a silicon mould to arrive so I can freeze the paste into pill shapes

    I brought back €30 of cheese. Started today mostly fasting due to finding it easier previously. I broke fast at 6 and had a veggie curry which contained carrot cabbage mushroom broccoli green beans and some pepper. I might follow with some cheese.

    Potentially but cats need a high volume of taurine containing meat or an additive (heart type meat) as well as organ and liver (I believe its 10% of daily total as organ and a percentage of that needs to be liver), as well as 20% bone. So its not as straight forwards as slapping a chicken leg...

    depends what you feed (as with everything) felix or whiskers are generally **** but there are more decent foods such as natures menu pouches coming to market. The obvious trade off is the price - some months my cats get natures menu others they get felix depening on what cash I have available...
