No they don't slow down digestion they are a stronger form of antacid as far as I understand, don't worry about overnight hypos - also try something like fruit juice its the quickest of the lot I find.

I would recommend trying Glimp instead then, could be that one isn't compatible. More users will come along shortly I'm sure

So assuming your job is really physical and you normally use the gym as well you're surprised your insulin sensitivity has gone up?! I wouldn't stress currently, when you pick back up itll come down again

I keep my old pump as a spare. Some older pumps are loopable (especially Medtronic) and could therefore be gifted to others if it helps?

Yeah low carbing is the new version which is a lot healthier - it excludes less and is slightly less prone to carb flu plus is more sustainable :) good work though

Sounds like she doesn't have much of a clue however what she's concerned with is the background amount you're getting. Try and been seen at a proper clinic and avoid atkins try low carb instead - its much easier

I doubt it as the 'range' used to say thyroid is ok is far too large and you can get symptoms of low or high at either end. Highly personal, bit like diabetes.

First symptom I normally get that my thyroid is out of whack.....
