So, our feet, what should we be looking for. Google is great, there's lots of advice, but they all seem to talk about type 2. I'm type one, I don't like feet at the best of times so I don't spend I great deal of time even looking at my own. I do have a small concern, a part of one of my nails...

I hace it the other way around. Everyone in the room will be offered cake, but me, oh no they ignore me like I don't exist. To be honest 9 times out of 10 I don't want there cake but it would be nice to be offered and not left out.

So I'm told by my diabetic nurse to work out my carbs before a meal and do 1 unit per 10 carbs. I'm having trouble getting to grips with it all. What if I can't eat the meal and already done the insulin? What if I don't make enough and I'm still hungry? For example tonight iv made dinner...
