@Gazzabelle I have read that tomato ketchup is the worst we can eat.....My question...Is there a difference between tomato ketchup and tomato paste?

I thought anything in a tin was not good for us.....added this and that etc.....Can I eat tin sardines, tuna or mackerel? Some are in tomato source or in oil etc.....Am I missing something here? Would love to eat sardines again!!

I can't believe people have problems with their families and diabetes. They are the people that should understand your condition......:( I've said it before....you are your own boss!! And I have taken my injection on a trains, planes, and boats....you name it I have taken it wherever I've needed...

If you have to drink (I do) Drink clear spirits...Vodka, Gin etc with Coke zero.... as long as it's distilled it's OK.....Cheap rum has caramel in it to make the colour....Check your BS to see how it effects you.....But no beer!!
