Bali is cloudy, windy with a lot of chance for stormy evening. A ginger cuppa tea would be my good friend today :)

For lunch; I had: Roasted chicken breast, grilled mushroom & zucchini with Parmesan cheese on top! Oh yum! Also some beans and tempeh (stir fried with just a little bit of olive oil). So filling and only rose my BG by 20-25 points. I was 101 mg/dl before lunch and 2 hrs after 124 mg/dl. Yay...
