    I will give this a go. I certainly need to as I am often fighting the 'boredom munchies' in the evening. As MrsA2 commented earlier, even if I go to bed hungry I still don't want to eat until after 10am in the morning. Weekdays I tend to skip breakfast completely.

    Breakfast - Don't eat breakfast. Lunch - 2 scrambled eggs with grated Gouda cheese and a cold pork sausage. A handful of salted peanuts. A fresh pear. Dinner will be - Lamb chops with savoy cabbage and broccoli. Followed by Greek yoghurt with fresh Raspberries and chia seeds.

    No breakfast. I rarely eat it Monday to Friday. Lunch was: low carb wrap with tuna mayonnaise, lettuce, tomato celery and bell pepper, followed by a pear and some peanuts. 30g so far although the lo carb wrap and pear made up 23g of that

    Still a lot to learn but genrally I am adapting to the change of diet/lifestyle. Its definitely a bonus that my wife is cutting back carbs eating the same main meals as me.. She is not diabetic but still losing weight and definitely feeling better for reducing carbs.
