    Worst review with DSN

Visit the Type 2 Diabetes Rebels on Facebook. They helped me reduce my HbA1c from over 12% down to 5.8% in less than 6 months with Low carb high fat special diet. My sceptical GP has nothing to say. They can shove their 30g of carbs a meal where the sun don't shine. I wat less than 30g carbs a...

    Update on LCHF

I was 19 blood sugar in August 2016 - measured in an ambulance! Started LCHF 16/11/16. Blood sugar now 4 to 6 most days. I wear a Freestyle Libre continuous monitor so I see the whole 24/7 picture. Took 1 month for the numbers to go down.

    Lidl high protein roll

8.5 gr of carb is still high enough to spike you. If you were wearing a contouous blood sugar monitor you could see it happen in real time. Unless you are lucky enough to cope with so much carb. The Freestyle Libre lets you see the truth.

    NHS Choices Dietary advice

This scandal costs the taxpayer billions and kills people! I wear a Freestyle Libre continuous monitor so can actually see in real time just what most carbohydrates do to my blood sugar! Eating low carb/high fat took my blood sugar from 19 down to 5 - without ANY drugs in less than a month...
