Hi thanks for the replies and advice. I have cut Carbs out and eat fish and chicken with mixed veg. I have a musculoskeletal appoint in a week or so. I use to only get bit of numbness but the other night it was very painful. Hopefully I can get to see some one this Friday or Saturday
