    I dont fast as I dont think i would survive but it is meant to be ok but i stick to 3 meals a day and no snacks or occasionally i may have a few nuts but i have a lot of weight to loose too so i do fill up on green veg and protein (chicken, turkey , fish, eggs and seafood and occasional steaks)...
