my ryvita are the origional ones and come up about 8g carbs each so could be those, i would try the same meal again another day and see, it may be the fact u missed a meal as my bloods rise a bit if i miss a meal

if i eat a carby meal i always feel hungry whereas if i have under 20g carb i dont

I just say no thankyou and then get oh well i know a diabetic who eats what they want lol cant win sometimes

Most type 2s in my area do not get them, even if buying own meter most arent given strips so its worth buying a meter and getting strips online
