Up date: Got up this morning- had a cup of coffee and checked my sugar level It read 9.0 - checked it again- still 9.0 So that was a strange thing that happened last night

Okay a little up date: Tonight before dinner 6.1 Dinner - chicken & a salad - with a little potion of chips on the side - also took one tablet After 2 hours: 8.7 I think if I left out the chips- it would have been less ;)

I have been home for 2 weeks and I plan to stay home for another 2 weeks - I run my own company, so if I am not working- no money comes in to the company and that means no wages for me - but I am thinking about my health and not the money. And if so and needed- I will stay home for another month .

Yeah! I think the pizza was a big mistake and a lesson to be learned. This morning- I skipped breakfast ( don't know if this was the right thing to do ) - but before I was going to eat my lunch ( omelette again ) - I checked my sugar level and was surprised to see it was 9.0 - will check again...

Thanks everyone - looks like I have to do some shopping and buy some better food for myself. Because my fridge is full of my favorites that is certainly not good for me. But now I know- I can have a omelette :):)
