Can anybody please give me some examples of long acting carbs as my blood sugar seems to dip mid morning to just under 4. I normally have toast and weatabix for breakfast. Thanks in advance

Well done on your numbers too! I'm on lantus 20 units for the day and novorapid 4 units breakfast 6 units lunch and 8 units dinner. I'm not really carb counting at the moment but am trying to just stick to eating home food rather than take always and have cut out all fizzy drinks.
