    Just seen it now and it certainly gets my support. I also agree with your point about the financial impact of eating a really healthy diet....it's tough for many people.

    Good morning all! Another damp cold day as you would expect for this time of year....so 7 layers for me as I have another day in the garden. This project is definitely keeping me stronger and fitter than ever:)

    Even on LCHF, one small glass will probs be fine. I personally hate the stuff, always have so never touch it:)

    Last week I estimated I moved 3000 shovels full of soil, lifted 2 tons of wood and 2 tons of stone as well as 3 full days of hard landscaping and tree planting....sore, but nowhere near what I expected and feeling tip,top,again this morning ready for work:)

    Full circuit session this evening after work. Most of the participants are 20-35, but I stay there with them, albeit I'm wasted but happy at the end:)

    Brekkie: missed it rushing off to work at 7.30:) Lunch: toms and cheese cubes D: fresh salmon fillet, cauli and broc,,small glass of red follow by a yoghurt (just 5g of carbs in the yog.
