It's more the feeling of regurgitation - not vomiting. And so far I've only actually regurgitated food entirely once (not nice!!!) :arghh:It feels as if the food is stuck in my esophagus, won't go down and wants to come us again. I feel the pain in my chest and back and often have profuse...
Yeah - that's the next thing I'm going to try - I may have gone overboard with the cream & yoghurt !! - probably eliminate one thing at a time, in case it's a specific thing that'a causing it. I guess I should start looking at the fat content of these products and work out which is the 'highest'...
I'm not sure whether my problem is spams or regurgitation based - but I'm in a similar (if not quite as distressing) position.. have literally just been looking up foods to avoid if you have GERD (which both my and quite possibly your symptoms - although I'm not an expert - suggest). I'm at a...
To be honest it's more to do with WHAT to sprinkle them on (don't eat cereal, yoghurt, etc) as well as ease of 'delivery' taking tablets is so much easier and I'll fallen foul of the 'you don't even taste it' thing (coconut flour!!! Uuuurk!)
I've been fighting some sort of cold/throat virus for nearly a week - feel OK and still battling on at work etc - but BS has definitely crept up. My average is now 7mmol per day when it had been about 6.5.... I'm just trying to wait it out until I feel better - and make sure that my BS goes...
So, advice out there in the world is that if you have low acid you should supplement with something acidic to balance...but you're saying that acidic foods aren't broken down because I have too little acid. It seems counter-intuitive....is there a scientifically proven test to find out whether...

Yep - I drink fizzy water.... Doesn't help that much, but I have to say I drink less of it now I have my BS pretty much under control - perhaps I should up my intake!
Thanks! I'll give it a go! Used to use Andrews liver salts and burped like crazy! But the last time I did it I don't think I belched at all! Interesting! I'll pay more attention to it this time
I've had years of this frustration.....it was diagnosed as a form of pomphlyx excema .....nice to know but no help, as nothing worked except an antihistamine every couple of days....doesn't work immediately, unfortunately so I have to remember to take one every few days. Keeping hands and feet...
I've had severe intermittent itching under my toes ( and on my fingers) for over 10 years (way before my recent diabetes diagnosis...when my bloods were fine) it was diagnosed as pomphlyx excema......and NOTHING helps, except keeping the feet as cool as possible.....maybe it's that?
