A 5.6 this morning. Not sure what has caused slightly elevated readings recently after consistent sub 5.0 for weeks.

    Weekly weigh in - Fridays

85.2 kg today. 0.4 kg down on the week. Slowly dropping. Hope to hit my target of 84 kg before I go on holiday in 2 weeks. Might be a bit stricter with my IF and see if can do 36 hrs fasts instead of 24 hours.

I'm definitely finding this out the hard way. The graph of my weight loss looks like the descent of a plane. Currently, I am travelling along the taxi-way.[emoji1]

4.6 at the start of a fasting day. Managed to get some good exercise in last night, which has clearly driven down my bg level.

    I'm even better now!

12 kg in 2 months is very impressive. Well done!

It's obviously the stress of those nasty neighbours.[emoji83] Anyway 5.0 flat this morning after a good fasting day yesterday. Would have been lower but just didn't have time to fit in any exercise. Just flopped into bed at 9:30pm and woke up as fresh as a daisy this morning.

Type II Diabetes + other illnesses = complex treatment plan

BTW, completely disagree about fat. It is potatoes and other carbs that are the problem.

I don't think anybody's posts are "tracked" as you describe it. However, they should still be available for you to post on.

    Weekly weigh in - Fridays

Checking in after a huge walk in hot weather. 85.6 kg which is 0.5 kg down on the week. Closing in on my 84 kg target weight. Over the next month my walking will be significantly curtailed at the weekends due to Ramadan here in the ME. Not able to drink water in public during the day when it is...

    Weekly weigh in - Fridays

Well done on the weight loss. Given this loss, your mid June target weight should be achieved comfortably.

    Why??

I really couldn't give a fig what other people think of my nearly 50 kg weight loss. Maybe I am old and ugly enough not to worry about such things. However, what I do know is that I feel excellent, my BP has dropped into the normal range, BG levels are normal, BMI could be better (was 40+) and...
