I'm type 1 but was on Metformin 500mg twice a day as past year for insulin resistance. Last Wednesday my consultant increased it to 1g twice a day. I've been taking this increased dose since Thursday. Yesterday just after dinner I felt really nauseous, headache couldn't eat etc so went to bed...

I used to be pretty bad changing them maybe every 4days but I'm now in the habit of changing them every morning. It hurts less so is worth it and once you make it a habit you don't think of it anymore [emoji4]
