Checked around 3 oclock it was 11 , then had tea at six , went for a walk then checked at about eight forty five and couldn't get the meter to read it so tried twice more and it said 19.2

Just wondering as I took mine when i got back home and it is 19.2 .

Hi thanks for replying, I really can't understand it . Can you work out if my numbers have come down at all cos now I am confused ? Also i did only get my test back last Frday , so i really hope it has dropped since then .

I've been prescribed metformin but dare not take it because of my mental health and phobia of medications. I've updated my thread about the finger prick readings today in the hope that my sugar has started to drop by just losing weight and trying the low carb .
