    Today's menu- Skipped breakfast Lunch- 4 rollitos an egg and a baby bel. Dinner- omelette with smoked salmon, prawns ,spinach and a little cheese.Followed by two keto pancakes,one with butter and one with a teaspoon of good good jam

    Yup.I'm pretty sure I'm still in ketosis. Consistently less than 20g carbs and still losing weight. The strips have gone from the very darkest purple to a kind of weird grey that isn't even one of the options.

    I keep my carb intake to less than 20g a day. Many days I am less than 10g I have ulcerative colitis which, while having been reasonably well managed on meds for the last 20 years, used to flair every 3 or 4 months.     I'm sure they would be fine. I opened our black pepper grinder (bought as a tub of peppercorns with a plastic grinder on top) tipped out some peppercorns then put them in a bag and bashed them with a rolling pin. it worked just fine.

    Yesterday's food- Breakfast- 2 heck sausages in the airfryer and a ketoroma seeded roll Lunch- 4 rollitos an egg and a baby bel Dinner- 2 slices of heylo toast, sausage gravy( fried pork mince with cream, cream cheese and chicken stock) followed by 2 squares of 85% chocolate.

    My experience in November was unusually good. There were lots of meals that my family provided and there really wasn't a breakfast option but the nurses did try their very best to accommodate me. They would phone down to the kitchen and arrange plates with just whatever protein and veg/salad...

    I'm at home recovering from surgery and think the fact that I'm eating lunch every day might be more about filling time than hunger. I rarely eat lunch on work days. I do want/enjoy it though so maybe my body needs the fuel. I don't suppose it matters if it doesn't change the numbers...
