    Ditto on that, i've never been told to skip meals....i'm eating smaller meals and a lot more snacks. As my insulin resistance has gone up, to try and avoid high BG's after meals my bolus rates have gone up esp at breakfast, then have to snack 2 hrs later to stop a hypo from happening

    Congrats MelissaC !! Mine was 51 when I got the ok to try....its soooooo exciting to finally get there! Hope all goes well for you....i'm at 18 weeks now and its even better, gone down to 47 :)
