    Not much walking today after yesterday's 12kms in London. But managed to go out dancing (on a school night, I know!) at a fundraiser for the refugee centre. A couple of hours of reliving my clubbing days albeit much more sober this time!

    Hi Safi. I did just under 5 miles today between meetings and running for trains. My lovely comfy Fly London boots though sprung a leak and my socks were soaked by the time I squelched home. Will have to buy another pair of boots that are smart enough for work but comfy for walking.
