    6.5 at 1300hrs when I got up today. Sleeping in saves on test strips.

    1.2Kg loss this week, so taking 102.9Kg into next week. Diabetes is getting expensive what with lancets and test strips; new runnig shoes. Then theres the fact nothing in the wardrobe fits anymore old jeans are at least 4" bigger than my waist, had to by a couple of new pairs plus some shirts...

    0.9Kg this week taking me down to 105.7Kg, not happy have noticed an invrease in portion size in line with increase in exercise, trade offs!

    I have noticed that the later I actually get up the lower my fasting BG is, this is great when off work on hols or weekends. Since following the 16:8 fasting program and not eating after 2000hrs my levels have really stabalised throughout the day and curently have a 30 day average of 6.0.. I...

    A very happy loss of 1.2Kg despite a weeeks all inclusive sitting by the pool in the sun. So it's 106.6Kg going into next week.
