Got my machine and very easy to use. I still feel dizzy just tested 2 hours after eating and it's 5.5 which is great, this morning was 8.8 so I guess beans on toast was good for me lol.

I don't know what is going on I feel sick itchy then hot I don't know if it's a panic attack I also suffer with sleep apnoea and can't stand my cpap mask on my face tonight I feel scared I just had 2 bites of a banana I am so hungry. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

I am hungry all the time, I am missing my food lol I miss my chocolate my bread and my yogurts.

is green tea ok to drink?

I love water always have , never drink squash or juice I like tea since I gave up smoking I seem to have gave up coffee too. But drink loads of bottled water.

They will not give me a meter to test my sugar. I have been to my surgery and they are quite adamant I do not need it. So looks like I will buy one.

I gave up smoking almost 2 years now and will never go back, I don't even crave it now. good on you for quitting!

I am finding it hard as I am a chocoholic I have a very sweet tooth but I have noticed since taking Metformin if I eat sweet stuff I get really bad reaction.even strawberries I had at tea time I was feeling terribly dizzy, I am also feeling very depressed.

my dizziness they put down to vertigo

I think my sugar must be quite high at the moment im feeling dizzy palpitations headache

I don't have a clue they said I don't need a machine the last test before metformin was 8.4
