    John I have just noticed there are two forums "what was your fasting blood glucose etc" seem to subscribe to both. Is there a reason. I ask as a confused newbie.

    6.8 to day down from 8.7 Wednesday but it was our mid winter Christmas meal (It's a Kiwi thing) and at least DunfriesDik gave me a laugh this morning.

    TRESCO -That explanation makes me feel better having had an 8.1 followed immediately by a 7.6 ( I took the lower number!)

    6 this morning first time for weeks. Not done my daily long walks for a week due to heavy rain, but it drops!

    7.1 this morning, still trying to get under 7. I note that some people note the time a reading is taken. What is the relevance?

    7.1 just can't seem to get it lower, must work harder at it!

    All very new to me and was at 6.4 to 6.5. One weeks holiday and up to 7.2 . It is a "comforts" to see others with similar difficulties
