    Veggies and hunger

    I am afraid I love more substantial veggies. I usually eat cauli and broccoli etc as I absolutely hate lettuce and I am afraid I must be in the minority as I cannot stand avocado. I would love to like it but tried on a lot of occasions but just not for me.

    I use 70% isopropyl alcohol available easily from Amazon. Change lancet every time and clean device about once a month. Hope that helps

    Egg fried rice is 57 carbs for 170g weight in itself hicken curry is only approx 5 g. Try the carbs and cals books or app. It might help.

    I too had to change meters and strips due to my NHS deciding they were too expensive. We did get a letter describing the change to True You meters. Which don't allow me to add meal before and after tags and they take ages to register the results. I finally gave up and went back to my bayer...
