5.5 this morning.
Terrible over night though as I got an Indian take away last night, and they sent free rice despite me not ordering it, and it kinda fell in to my mouth (I have missed real rice!) and despite taking 15u with dinner and metformin it still ended up pushing me to 12.5
5.9 this morning.
Not posted for a while but this is vastly improving for me and my average overage the past 30 days is now 6.6 which is think is good going considering I only started this whole insulin journey at the start of September
7.4 when I woke up, although it was not a good night (my own fault for having roti with a curry for dinner, I dread to think what it would have been like if I had had rice as well)
I’ve been having a coconut flax “porridge” as I got bored of yoghurt and paleo granola

6.7 this morning. Very jealous at times of how low you all seem to get, but I think that’s the joy of LADA, in that I don’t produce insulin and am also resistant to it
11.1 this morning. Knew the second I woke up thirsty it was up. I joined the others at work in a socially distanced Indian take away last night and obviously under counted the carbs [emoji45]
I’m struggling as I’m working away from home and so living in a hotel for 4-5 days a week. Today I’ve had
Breakfast: Yoghurt, almonds, blueberries
Lunch: Cauliflower and cheddar soup
Dinner: Nando’s boneless thighs, salad, broccoli and halloumi
8.2 today which is somewhat frustrating, however work is really stressful at the moment, and I’m living off of eating at work and hotel food so all in all it’s not awful
7.1 today. Had a rubbish day yesterday and ate lots carby sugary rubbish when I got home from work, and to be honest it’s a LOT better than I expected!
Today I’ve had:
Wheetabix (never again as I spiked massively)
Tuna and salad for lunch
Chicken and mushrooms with wholegrain Mustard and cream topped with celeriac mash, with spinach and asparagus
