Morning (oops afternoon) ...another mad busy week ranging from plumbing problems to work & getting stuck in the lift at our local hospital...so many posts to catch up on this thread moves at a vast pace...gathering all my paperwork together hoping I can muster up the enthusiasm to finish it...

No question he is so lucky you have once he's settled & has a little continuity he'll have a life in clover...cats are adaptable he's a lucky boy to have found you.

No... I have a clock that chimes it belonged to a dear friend who passed away a couple of years ago...after three months I had to silence the chimes so they are wrapped in soft tissue...but I love the sound of it ticking gently particularly when I'm in the comfy chair ready for a snooze.

gennepher that's the sort of service we all need what a hard working pleasant young woman she sounds...no doubt working hard here to give her daughter & perhaps her family a better life people like that should be celebrated...well done you despite my best intentions I've done so little today...

It has been busy Krystyna although somewhat isolating just relieved I can at least work from home.

Made me laugh but Donald seems determined to leave if he loses likely to avoid the law suits issued against him if he loses his status.

I heard a scary rumour he may come here or to Scotland lucky us eh?

I've rearranged my appointment just taking things slowly today...a little pottering a little paperwork that's it...I don't know a huge amount about keytones (sod all really) but you know what you're doing hope they return to normal levels ASAP.

Morning...had a mad week busy busy busy...off to anti-coagulation clinic this morning not expecting great numbers late night & early morning stints likely put paid to that...I have my appointment book with me in case of road blocks...will The Orange One succeed who knows either way he's kept...

That's a kind gesture however I'd check the cost of the testing strips for the meter you were given...there's often a big difference between the various makes of meters/testing strips...often it's far cheaper & just as effective to buy a different one with the necessary strips.

Well that's something I am amazed at how regularly these devices fail...they are so expensive even a few short days short of the 14 day period increases the cost considerably.

Morning...an odd weekend unsettled by lack of sleep which continued last night...the ongoing 'landscaping' next door continues at a snail's pace they pack up from work so early likely to take until after Christmas...lots of paperwork to do some invoices to raise...woke to a 6.6...grumpy today...
