    Last nights training session was a light one, consisting of Bench 100kg 5x5, decline bench 100kg 5x5, shoulder press 60kg 5x5 and that was it. I'm hoping to deadlift tonight but lightish then begin next week on a programme to take me through to next years comps. Take care everyone.

    Morning all on yet another windy morning, a 13.1 greeted me when I awoke, but I had suffered a hypo at 4:15am (2.9) and in my still sleepy state must have over calculated my treatment. Ah well the unpredictability train rumbles on. Take care everyone.

    Last training session of the week last night and it was another bitsa session, bit of back pulldowns 80kg 2x25 then rear delts 45kg 2x25, Face pulls 65kg 3x18, tricep pushdowns 45kg 2x18 and that was it. Back to "proper" training next week, I will begin my preparation for next years...

    I have had diabetes for 23yrs now, and I have had two cataract surgeries (both successful) and Retinopathy in my right eye (eight lots of Laser treatment, which wasn't pleasant but successful) all through my years of diagnosis I have trained with weights.
